This Day in MMA History: Oct. 20

On Oct. 20, 2018, Cage Warriors Fighting Championship held CW 98. In the main event, Ross Houston edged out a split decision win over Stefan Paterno to claim the welterweight title. In the co-main event, Aiden Lee submitted Paull McBain, which has been his last win to date.

CW 98 also saw Dean Trueman pick up a decision win over Lewis Monarch, Adam Proctor edge out a win over Angelo Rubino, Perry Goodwin knock out Alexander Jacobsen, Alex Lohore TKO Sam Boult and Scott Malone TKO Adam Amarasinghe.
