The 30-year-old champion got his hands on promotional gold at Bellator 184, where he pocketed a unanimous decision against Nova Uniao ace Eduardo Dantas on Oct. 6. A former Resurrection Fighting Alliance and Legacy Fighting Alliance titleholder, Higo has rattled off nine wins in 10 appearances. Included in that run are victories over UFC veterans Terrion Ware and Steven Peterson.
